Manager, Post Office Operations (MPOO) 5 has three Safety Blitz teams that conduct a blitz in three separate offices each month. If they find infractions, the employee receives a red ticket and they have a discussion with the employee and management to correct these deficiencies. If the employee does everything correctly while they are observing them, they will receive a green ticket and the employee is commended.
