The Lewisville Main Post Office held a passport fair on June 9, 2018.  They processed 44 passports and generated $3,030 in total revenue.

Lewisville, TX, Postmaster Thomas Alonzo (center, in the pink shirt) extended the passport fair hours in order to accommodate all the high demand of people who wanted to get or renew their passports.

Dallas, TX, Vickery Station Retail Associate Sophia Joseph (right) received her first Gold Star Award from Manager, Customer Services Vangie Dyees (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  She has been with the Postal Service for 31 years and enjoys helping the customers.  Joseph strives to give exceptional service and assist others.  She commented, “The Post Office is the best place to work.  I raised two boys and the Postal Service help me put them through college.  I am grateful for a stable job and God’s grace.”

Seagoville, TX, Retail Associate Derrick Butler (right) received his first Gold Star Award from Postmaster Louiza Missi (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  He enjoys the interaction with his customers and co-workers.  Butler is a U.S. Navy veteran of 21 years.  He remarked, “I have a beautiful wife and two kids.  We have been happily married for 17 years.”

Seagoville, TX, Retail Associate Darron Young (right) received his sixth Gold Star Award from Postmaster Louiza Missi (left) for a perfect transaction on a Retail Customer Experience.  He takes pride in serving the community and has been happily married for over 30 years.

 

Dallas, TX, University Station Letter Carrier Roderick Demus received a customer compliment.
