Employee Recognition

Dallas District A/Retail Specialist Sandra McCallister (left) received a framed Breast Cancer Research (BCR) semi-postal stamp Artwork from Manager, Retail Kelley Davis (right) for processing all of Retails efforts to promote and sell the BCR stamps and t-shirts within the Dallas District during Breast Cancer Awareness month.  McCallister remarked, “It was an overwhelming success.  The revenue for the stamps went up tremendously compared to last year.”
 
Irving, TX, Main Station Retail Associate & On the Job Instructor Angie Wafer-Bailey (left) received a framed postal artwork from Manager, Retail Kelly Davis (right) for her work in providing training to employees who helped with Lobby Assistance in the field during peak season 2016.  This included informing employees to take customers out of the line and directing them to the Self Service Kiosk and in all aspects of making sure customers have a good shopping experience.
 
 

Prosper, TX, Retail Associate Keyonna Garner (center) received a Gold Star Award from Manager, Post Office Operations Randall Joines (left) and Postmaster Jim Spradley (right) for a perfect score on a recent Retail Customer Experience. 

Tyler, TX, Postmaster and Veteran Falonda Woods (far right) presented a Veteran Pin, Lanyard, and letter from PMG Brennan in honor of their military service to the employees of Tyler Main Station.

Quitman, TX, Rural Carriers Kathleen Rowland (left) and Retired Rural Carrier Jacquetta Reynolds (right) received their Million Mile Awards from Postmaster Gary L. Choice (center) for their safe driving practices.
 

Dallas, TX, Station A Retail Associate Swanslon Spencer (right) received a Gold Star Award from Manager, Customer Services Cristian Bodirlau (left) for a perfect score on a recent Retail Customer Experience.  Bodirlau remarked, “Spencer goes above and beyond to make every customer experience enjoyable.”

Greenville, TX, Retail Associate Jimmy Lara (left) received his fourth Gold Star Award from Postmaster Kevin Waldroup (right) for a perfect transaction during a recent Retail Customer Experience.
